Fee payment schedule

Fee collection policy 2024-25(Nursery)

• It is compulsory to pay fees of Nursery in the first Week of April
• Online mode only.
• Late fee of Rs.50/- per week will be charged after due date.
• Late fee component is imposed to deter late fee payment practice, it is also to ensure smooth cash flow and operation of school system.
• The fees once paid to the bank will not be refunded.

Fee collection policy 2024-25(Class Jr. KG, Sr.KG, 1st to 10th & 12th)

• Please pay the fees on time by Online Mode Only.
• Fees can be paid in 4 Installments.
• Late fee component is imposed to deter late fee payment practice, It is also to ensure smooth cash flow and operation of school system.
• The fee once paid to the bank will not be refunded.
• It is compulsory to pay fees of Play School & Nursery in the first Week of April.
• After conformation of admission in class XI first term fees should be paid in June/July along with Admission Fees.
• Late fee component is imposed to deter late fee payment practice, it is also to ensure smooth cash flow and operation of school system.

Policy

• If fee is not paid on time, a fine of Rs.50 per week will be charged. (Does not include Sunday and bank holidays)
• Bank will not accept any fee beyond due date because school office holds the authorizing to decide the late fee component.
• No negotiation about the late fee will be entertained, under any circumstances.
• After the due dates, no further reminder will be sent.
• After due date, till one month, if fees not paid, the admission would be terminated or management reserves the right to decide.
• Transport facility is not provided by school.
